How does the occasional order work?
FIRST CONTACT
You can contact us by email, by phone or with use of our Request form. Please specify services you would like to have provided and the date of delivery.
FEEDBACK
We will contact you and may request additional data for the price calculation. We will then send you a binding quotation or provide you information on how the price will be calculated.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving our quotation, you can decide whether you will accept our offer. If you accept it, you should confirm the binding order by email and provide us with your invoicing data. Following the receipt of this confirmation, we will immediately start processing your order.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your order on the agreed date. Translated documents may be sent by email, through a web hosting service (download), by mail, courier, or you can pick them up personally at our office.
INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Along with the delivery of the order, we will issue an invoice, which can be settled by a bank transfer to our account. We also accept payment through the PayPal service and can arrange for a cash payment.
How does the long-term cooperation work?
TRANSLATION SERVICES CONTRACT
In this contract the terms and conditions of mutual cooperation are specified, including services rendered, delivery terms and fixed prices.
PROVISION OF FLEXIBLE SERVICES
The customer is assigned with a coordinator. The coordinator then communicates with the customer and coordinates provision of services in order to meet agreed deadlines.
MONTHLY INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
Invoicing of the services rendered will be performed on a monthly basis and according to fixed prices agreed upon in advance. Some services can be included in a lump sum.
