Dear customers, we take a very responsible approach to the protection of privacy. Personal data is also part of the privacy of individuals. Personal data is any information about the data subject on the basis of which a specific natural person can be identified. Therefore, our approach to the processing of all personal data is based on the relevant legislation and we protect personal data as much as possible.We recommend data subjects to acquaint themselves well with this basic information on personal data protection. This information details how we access the personal data of data subjects, how they can contact us if they have questions about the processing of personal data, as well as other important information about the processing of personal data. We always process the personal data of the data subject (clients) as an operator in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR") and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on the amendment of certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”)
Personal data provided to us by a natural person will be processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which they were provided by that natural person. The time of processing of such personal data is exclusively the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data has been provided, or the time set out by the relevant legislation.
A natural person who provides us with his/her personal data, or whose personal data is provided to us through other sources, has the right to request access to it, has the right to correct or delete it, or to restrict its processing; it also has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable law.
If we intend to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which it has been provided, we will inform the data subject on the purpose of such processing before further processing takes place and we also will provide him/her with additional necessary information in accordance with applicable law.
An individual must always give his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data voluntarily and indisputably. The data subject also has the right to withdraw his/her consent, but always without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on the consent given before its withdrawal.
We always process personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of such data processing. We always determine and define the specific purpose for which the personal data of a natural person is to be processed. However, if the purpose of the processing is required by applicable law, or arises from contractual relations, or is necessary for the enforcement of the public interest, in such case we will process the personal data of data subject to the extent and for such time period, and in a way allowing the fulfillment of our legal obligation or obligations arising from the applicable contract, or in order to perform tasks within the public interest. Therefore, for the above mentioned reasons, we must require the data subjects to provide such personal data, and data subjects must provide their personal data to the extent and for the required time period, in order to achieve the required purpose. However, this obligation does not limit the data subjects in their ability to exercise their rights to access, rectify or erase their personal data or to restrict the processing of such data. In accordance with the GDPR Directive and the applicable law, neither the data subjects’ rights to object to the processing of personal data, nor the other rights granted by the applicable legislation to the data subjects are affected.
Should the data subject exercise any of his/her rights with regard to personal data, we are obligated to verify the identity of the requesting natural person to be sure that a particular natural person exercises rights only to his/her personal data and that they are claimed only by an authorized natural person. Verification of identity is carried out upon personal submission of a written request by the data subject concerned on the basis of identification documents with a photograph submission for inspection; in the case of a request sent by post or electronically, in case of doubt, we will request additional information from the data subject in order to reliably identify him/her.
We will respond to any request regarding the processing of personal data within a reasonable time, but no later than one month from its delivery. In special cases, we can extend this period by another two months, but we will always inform the applicant of the reasons for such extension within one month of receiving the application. The request of the data subject shall be processed free of charge.
Any natural person who considers that the processing of his/her personal data is in conflict with information provided in this document or with applicable law, has the right to submit to the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27) a petition to initiate proceedings. However, before such submission we recommend each data subject to contact us in order to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the data subject.
If the data subject is under the age of 16, such processing of personal data is lawful only under the conditions and to the extent to which such consent has been provided or approved by his/her legal representative.
If a closer mutual cooperation is agreed between us and the data subject, the conditions of personal data protection will be specified.
